The Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)
is suitable for individuals who want to become permanent residents of Canada by working and living in a particular province or territory and meet the requirements of any one of the immigration programs (“streams”) offered y that province or territory.
Each province and territory
has its own “streams” which target a specific group, such as, students, business-people, skilled workers, semi-skilled workers, etc. The following provinces and territories currently have their own immigration “streams”:

How to apply?
An individual may apply to a province or territory directly or through the Express Entry System.
In the online Express Entry process, there are 2 ways to apply:

You contact the province or territory and apply for a nomination under an Express Entry stream;

If the province or territory agrees to nominate you, you create an Express Entry profile (or update your profile if you already have one) and show you have been nominated.
OR.

You create an Express Entry profile and show the provinces and territories you’re interested in;

If a province or territory sends you a “notification of interest” to your account, you contact them directly;
You apply to their Express Entry stream: If you’re nominated, the province will offer it to you through your account, and you accept it electronically.
In both cases:

You must meet the eligibility requirements of the province or territory. And,

You must submit an Express Entry profile and show that you meet the minimum criteria for Express Entry, including being eligible for one of the immigration programs it covers.
If you are invited to apply, you submit an electronic application to IRCC.

These amounts below do not include disbursement (Government fees) or miscellaneous costs.
Initial Consultation starts from CAD 65 and goes onward as required.
- For 30 Minutes Consultation CAD 65;
- For 1 hour Consultation CAD 105;
Provincial Nominee Program (EE or Non-EE) - CAD 5000
- 1st installment CAD 1000- Assistance with finding appropriate provincial program, obtaining Educational Credential Assessment, one free session on IELTS examination strategy, determining appropriate National Occupation Classification, opening Expression of Interest profile, counselling on how to prepare relevant documents for Nomination application. (You may have to pay disbursement costs at this stage depending on applicable program and province).
- 2nd Installment CAD 1500- After receiving Notice of Interest and for initiating the preparation and submission of Nomination application.
- 3rd installment CAD 1500- Before submitting a complete Permanent Resident application after receiving the Nomination. Disbursement costs for PR applications will also be collected from the clients at this stage.
